Do your flower teas contain additives or preservatives?
KEY7167 strictly adheres to our philosophy: "Not to change nature, but to let nature change us." Our flower teas are 100% free from artificial flavors, chemical colorants, synthetic preservatives, and added sugars. What is the shelf life and proper storage method?
Unopened flower teas generally have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. To best preserve their freshness, natural aroma, and active nutrient content, we recommend storing the product in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Once opened, please seal the pouch or tin tightly and consume within 3 months for the optimal brewing flavor and quality experience.
Why do color and size vary between batches?

Because natural flowers are influenced by seasonal harvest times, rainfall, and daily sunlight exposure, slight variations in flower size and color intensity may naturally occur across different batches. KEY7167 never uses chemical treatments to force visual uniformity; instead, we fully honor and preserve the true, unadulterated form that nature grants in every harvest.
Brewing & Usage
What is the ideal brewing temperature and time?
We recommend using warm water between 85°C and 90°C (185°F–194°F). Boiling water that is too hot may degrade delicate vitamins and active compounds, while water that is too cold cannot fully release the deep, rich aromas. Simply take 3 to 5 whole flowers, add approximately 300ml of hot water, cover, and steep for 3 to 5 minutes before enjoying. You can adjust the steeping time based on your personal flavor preference.
How many times can a serving be re-steeped?
KEY7167 uses whole, high-quality botanical flowers that offer superior steepability compared to ordinary tea dust or broken tea bags. Typically, each serving can be re-steeped 3 to 4 times. The first two infusions deliver the most vivid aroma and sweet notes, while subsequent infusions yield a lighter, delicate taste that continues to offer soothing hydration throughout the day.
Is the tea caffeine-free and suitable for evening?
Our pure flower teas belong to the 100% herbal infusion category and contain zero tea leaves (such as green or black tea), making them naturally 100% caffeine-free.
